Terms of Service

1. Adults only

This service contains adult content. You may not use it unless you are at least 18 years old, or older if that is the age of majority where you live, and unless it is lawful for you to view adult material there.

Confirming your age on the entry notice is a declaration by you. It is not verification, and we do not currently verify age. Several jurisdictions require operators of adult sites to verify age by a recognised method; if that applies to you or your users, a declaration will not satisfy it.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Do not share your password. Do not use somebody else's account.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
• Coins are earned on the site and spent on VIP time. They have no money value, cannot be sold, swapped or cashed out, and are not refunded. Coins earned by cheating (scripts, many accounts, faking videos) may be removed, along with anything bought with them.
• VIP through Patreon: you pay Patreon, not us, and Patreon's terms cover the payment, cancelling and refunds. While your linked Patreon membership is active you have VIP; when it ends, VIP runs out within 2 days. VIP is a set of perks in this game, not a promise that the game or any feature will stay the same, and it can be removed (without refund) from an account banned for breaking these terms.

3. What you may not do

• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Present yourself as a minor, or sexualise anyone presented as a minor. This is an absolute rule and accounts are removed without warning.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or dox anyone.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it within the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it, and that everyone depicted is an adult who consented.

5. Reporting

Every profile and message has a report button. Reports are reviewed. Content that appears to involve a minor is removed and the account banned, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or that data will be preserved.

7. Privacy

We store:

• Your account details: display name, and an email address only if you choose to give one.
• Your IP address when the account is created, when you sign in, and the latest one you use the site from, and which accounts were used on the same internet connection, for abuse handling.
• A random browser ID in a cookie, and which accounts were used in that browser. We keep only a scrambled copy of the ID.
• A device check: a scrambled summary of what your browser says about your device (screen size, graphics card, time zone, installed fonts). We keep only the scrambled summary, never the details.
• The country you last used the site from, as our network provider reports it. Only the country, not your address.
• Chat messages, retained so reports can be investigated.
• Which days you used the site or played, and how long you were in game.
• When you were last online. Other players can see whether you are playing or online right now, and roughly when you were last online, as a dot next to your name.
• Anything you upload, such as a profile picture.
• Your coins: every coin earned or spent, and each reward video or link you finished.
• Your answers, if you answer a survey, with the device you answered on and, from the game, the device you play on, its frame rate and how often the game crashed for you.
• If you use an invite link: who invited you, or who you invited.
• If you link your Discord account: your Discord user ID and name.
• If you link your Patreon account: your Patreon user ID and name, and whether your membership is active (its amount and payment dates). Never your card or bank details: those stay with Patreon.

Passwords are stored hashed with Argon2id and cannot be read back, not even by us.

We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising. Pages show adverts from ExoClick: at the sides on wide screens, at the bottom on phones, and now and then a small video in a corner. The game shows them on its loading screen, in its menus and as a corner video. These can be adult adverts, as this is an 18+ site. The ad network, not us, decides which adverts appear. To do that, and to count views and stop fraud, it receives your IP address and details of your browser and the page, and may set cookies. We never give any advertiser your account, your name, your messages or your profile. VIP players and staff do not see adverts.

Why we hold it, and for how long

• Account details: to give you an account and let other players recognise you. Kept until you delete the account. A guest account (one with no username and password) is deleted automatically after one day without use.
• Country: so moderators can understand where problems come from. Replaced each time it changes and deleted with the account.
• IP addresses: to stop ban evasion and mass sign-ups. When an account is banned, the internet connections it used lately cannot make new accounts for up to 14 days. Kept for 90 days, or for as long as a ban on that connection lasts.
• Browser ID: so a ban or mute also covers the other accounts used in the same browser, a banned browser cannot make new accounts, and a survey takes one answer per person. Kept for 90 days after the browser was last used, or for as long as a ban or mute on it lasts.
• Device check: so a banned player making a new account on the same device can be spotted. A match only pauses chat on the new account until staff look; it never bans by itself. Kept for 90 days after the device was last seen.
• Chat and direct messages: so reports can be investigated. Kept for 90 days, except copies attached to reports, which follow the report limits below.
• Pictures, videos and voice messages in chats: stored privately and shown only to the people in that chat, with location and camera details removed. Kept for 90 days like messages. Ones set to disappear, and ones the sender deletes, can't be seen by anyone once gone, but are kept hidden for 30 days in case they are reported (longer only while a report about them is open), then deleted.
• Which days you visited or played: to count how many people use the site and come back, as totals with no names in them. Kept for 90 days.
• Pings (if you turn them on): your browser’s push address and encryption keys, your picks and timezone. Ping attempts are kept for 2 days to limit how often we send them. Turn pings off everywhere on your profile to remove the push addresses and keys; picks stay until you delete your account. Your browser’s push provider delivers encrypted notifications.
• When you were last online: so other players can see who is around. Only the latest time is kept, and it is deleted with the account.
• Moderation records: action logs are kept for 365 days. Report evidence is kept for at most 365 days, or 90 days after handling, whichever comes first. Account identifiers are removed on deletion; copied evidence may still contain personal information.
• Uploads: profile pictures and banners are removed from our origin when replaced or deleted. Failed file removals are retried hourly. Previously downloaded copies and older browser or CDN caches cannot always be recalled.
• Recovery credentials: expired or used reset requests are removed after their first 24 hours; pending email changes are removed on expiry.
• Payments: transaction identifiers, amounts and payment status may remain after account deletion for financial reconciliation and disputes. Unstructured provider payloads are erased. Patreon paid-period identifiers are kept until 90 days after the period ends to prevent the same payment being claimed again, including after unlinking or deleting an account.
• Backups: deletion affects our active systems. Existing restricted backups expire through the hosting backup rotation; they are not individually rewritten. Restoring a backup requires reapplying deletions before making it available.
• Coins, reward videos and links: so your coins add up and cannot be earned twice. The coin history is kept until you delete the account; the list of videos and links for 90 days; the IP address a video or link was finished from for 2 days, to stop one person earning on many accounts.
• Survey answers (and the device details sent with them): so we can read the results, tell phone problems from PC ones, and pay each account once. Only our staff see them, never other players. Kept until that survey is deleted or you delete your account.
• Invites: so the right person gets the coins. Kept until either account is deleted. An invite is refused when both accounts use the same internet connection, which is checked against the IP addresses above.
• Linked Discord account: only if you press Connect Discord on your profile, so our Discord server can give you the VIP role while you have VIP here (and the Moderator or Admin role if you are staff). Kept until you press Unlink or delete the account.
• Linked Patreon account: only if you press Connect Patreon on the VIP page, so your VIP stays on while you are a member. Kept until you press Unlink or delete the account.

Our lawful basis is contract for the parts needed to run your account, and legitimate interests for moderation, safety and abuse prevention.

Who else sees it

• Hetzner: hosts the server (Germany).
• Cloudflare: sits in front of the site and filters attacks. It also counts page visits for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics), without cookies and without identifying you.
• Resend: sends password-reset emails, only if you gave an email address.
• Discord: moderators get a notice of each new report in a private staff channel: the display names involved, the reason given, and the reported line only if it was said in public chat. Direct messages are never sent there. If you link your Discord account, Discord tells us your Discord ID and name (we ask for nothing else), and our Discord bot learns whether you have VIP or are staff, nothing more about your account.
• ExoClick: shows the adverts (see Advertising above). How ExoClick uses that data: exoclick.com/privacy-policy.
• Patreon: takes the payment if you get VIP through Patreon. If you link your account, Patreon tells us your Patreon ID, name and whether your membership is active; we send them nothing.

Your rights

Two of them do not need us at all. They are buttons on your profile:

• Download my data: a copy of everything we hold about you, immediately.
• Delete my account: permanent, and it happens straight away.

You can also ask us to correct something, or object to how we use it, through Trust & Abuse below; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the ICO.

The download does not include who reported you, or who has blocked you. That is somebody else's information, and handing it over would put them at risk.

Cookies

The site itself stores a sign-in token and your theme choice in your browser's local storage, which is what keeps you signed in. Clearing your browser data signs you out. It also sets one cookie, a random browser ID (see Privacy above), used only for bans, mutes and one survey answer per person.

Adverts are different: ExoClick and Google may set advertising cookies. Your browser's settings can block or clear them, and VIP removes the side adverts altogether.

8. Trust & Abuse

All contact goes through our Discord server: discord.gg/943HknbDGE

Open a ticket there for:

• Copyright: if something here is yours and should not be, tell us what and where and it will be taken down.
• Urgent abuse: anything involving a minor, threats of harm, or non-consensual material. These are handled ahead of everything else.
• Appeals: if you think a ban, mute or warning was wrong.
• Your data: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your account.

Urgent reports are acted on as fast as one person can act on them. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot help with that.
